Eligibility:

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older.

Entrants must be available and eligible to host their wedding between March and October 2026 (or for the 2025 giveaway, on the pre-selected dates).

Staff, immediate family, or affiliates of The Barn & Scotty’s Garage or participating vendors are not eligible to win.

Bonus entries are permitted for:

• Additional friend tags
• Social media story shares (must tag @thebarnandscottysgarage)

How to Enter:

To be eligible to win, entrants must complete all of the following steps:

Follow @thebarnandscottysgarage on both Facebook and Instagram.

Like and share the official Win a Wedding giveaway post.

Tag a friend, fiancé, or bridal party member in the post comments.

Complete the entry form on our website, including a short love story (100 words or less).

Competition Period:

Entries close at midnight AEST on Monday 17th February 2026.

The winner will be announced publicly on Sunday 22 February 2026 during our Valentine’s Weekend Open Day and via our Facebook and Instagram accounts.

Prize Details:

The winner will receive a wedding package including:

Venue hire at The Barn & Scotty’s Garage for a wedding between March and October 2026 (subject to availability)



Use of the venue’s ceremony spaces (fig tree, lawn, or retro diner)



Access to styling props, tables, vintage décor, and photo locations



Services donated by participating vendors (where available), which may include:

◦ Photographer



◦ Florist



◦ Cake designer



Music/Entertainment

Conditions of the Prize:

The Barn & Scotty’s Garage is a venue hire only.

The winning couple will be responsible for:



◦ Liaising with each vendor directly to finalise their bookings



◦ Managing vendor payments for any add-ons not covered by the giveaway



◦ Handling all event planning, logistics, pack-down, and bump-in/out

All participating vendors and event plans must be pre-approved by Sarah and The Barn & Scotty’s Garage.



A non-refundable deposit of $1,000 or 50% of any package upgrades will be required to hold the winner’s date.



The prize is not transferable, not redeemable for cash, and must be used in 2026 (for the main draw) or on available 2025 dates (if selected for that offer).



If a participating vendor is unavailable on the chosen date, a substitute may be offered at the discretion of The Barn & Scotty’s Garage or the relevant service will be forfeited without compensation.

Winner Selection:

The winning entry will be selected by The Barn & Scotty’s Garage based on the creativity, sincerity, and originality of the love story submitted.

All decisions are final. No correspondence will be entered into.

Additional Conditions:

The Barn & Scotty’s Garage reserves the right to:



◦ Cancel, amend or suspend the competition due to unforeseen circumstances



◦ Replace or withdraw any vendor should the need arise



◦ Use the wedding photos and videos for promotional and social media purposes with the couple’s consent

Entrants agree that their first names and love story (in part or full) may be used in promotional materials.



The couple will liaise directly with each participating vendor to confirm details and bookings. The venue will make introductions but does not manage vendor logistics or contracts.

Privacy Policy

Personal details submitted through the entry form will only be used for the administration of this competition and communication with the winning couple.



No personal information will be shared with vendors or third parties until after the winner has been announced and has consented to share contact details.
